Challenging transactions handled with ease

I do not easily solicit or refer individuals to others, but this is an exception.  In fact, I am sending this email out to only a few agents in our office whom I highly respect.

In the past month, I have experienced not one, but two, very challenging transactions…one a VA, the other a Jumbo FHA.
